Steven Murdoch is the Associate Dean (Education) for the School of Social Sciences, Media, Film and Education at Swinburne University of Technology, where he is also a Senior Lecturer in Animation. With two decades of experience in the tertiary sector, he has taught and led programs across design, film, games, and animation. His cross-disciplinary research focuses on animation practice within creative, technical, and social contexts. Steven’s contributions have been recognised through multiple national and international awards, and governance roles on academic boards at Swinburne and CG Spectrum Institute.
