Gail Crimmins is a trained actor and director, currently engaged as an Associate Professor in Communication and Associate Dean (Learning & Teaching) within the School of Creative Industries, University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC). Gailresearches gender in higher education, rural women’s strategy to mitigate impacts of climate change, and arts-informed research. She is Co-Chair of UniSCs SAGE Implementation Committee, Deputy Chair of UniSCs Academic Board, and NOADD’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion SIG Leader.
