The 2025 Mentoring Program recently wrapped up. The pilot program ran between June and November with 18 Mentees matched across 11 Mentors to receive guidance and professional development in specific focus areas.
Mentors and Mentees provided feedback in evaluation sessions. Reflections from participants included:
- It was helpful to listen to one another and enjoyable to think through problems together.
- The collegial nature of the relationship was positive.
- The Mentor program provided opportunities to understand what’s happening across the sector
- A helpful way to build community and support the future of the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities.
We look forward to launching the 2026 Mentoring Program soon. Make sure you stay updated with DASSH news.
