Mentee applications are open now! In its second year, the DASSH Mentoring Program creates opportunities where leaders can support and learn from one another. Our intention is to match Mentors and Mentees together to support a mutually valuable experience that addresses key expectations, goals and motivations of both.
Our Mentors are experienced leaders who occupy senior positions including Pro-Vice Chancellors, Executive Deans and Deans. Mentors provide guidance and professional development in specific focus areas to mentees who are upcoming leaders in the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities across Australia and Aotearoa.
Mentees may be Deputy or Associate Deans, Heads of School, Discipline Leads, early or mid-career researchers. Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Mentors and Mentees commit to a minimum of at least four one-hour sessions between March and December 2026.
Applications are open until Friday 27 February.
